Service Advisor

Due to company growth, our fantastic Service Advisor will need to have good time management skills, well-developed communication skills and telephone techniques. We are looking for someone who has great customer relations and phone manner, is honest and reliable, has good computer skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Some of the key tasks, for this role, include:
- Act as principal contact between Nu-Tek and its customers for repairs, maintenance and service
- Maximise Nutek’s sales of service and parts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up parts department regarding parts on order
- Write repair orders efficiently by asking appropriate diagnostic questions to identify customer needs and record all information accurately and legibly
- Identify repair orders that require special handling, such as customer waiting, priority repair and coming back

Diesel Mechanic
We’re looking for a DIESEL MECHANIC!

Due to company growth, our fantastic Diesel Mechanic will often be seen doing the following (but not limited to):
- Perform Repairs, Maintenance and Inspections on Trucks Trailers and Associated Equipment
- Accurately Identify, Diagnose and Repair Faults
- Onsite Servicing and Breakdowns
- Compile All Paperwork, Job Cards and Documents Accurately
Some of the key skills and experience we’re looking for, for this role include:
- Trade Qualified Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Current NSW Drivers Lic (HR/HC Highly Advantageous)
- Pink Slip/Blue Slip/Brown Slip Lic (Highly Desirable)
- Experience Working with Vehicles of All Makes and Models (Highly Advantageous)
- Own Transport Desirable
- Own Tools
- Ability to work overtime when required

Diesel Mechanic- Technician

Our company is providing an incredible opportunity for a Diesel Mechanic.
About the Role:
• Perform repairs, maintenance and inspections on trucks trailers and associated equipment.
• Accurately identify, diagnose and repair faults
• Onsite servicing and breakdowns
• May be required to liaise with long established Customers as required
• Compile all paper work and documents accurately
Skills and Experience:
• Hold a Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Own tools and transport
• Must be a Trade qualified Mechanic
• Must have Clear and concise communication
• Be available to perform overtime if required
• Have sound experience of Heavy Vehicles Mechanics
